1. Taxes and Customs Duties

For your convenience, we provide Pre-paid Customs Clearance for many global destinations, including the US, UK, and Germany.

  • Hassle-Free Shipping: In most cases, you won’t have to pay additional fees upon arrival.
  • Minimized Costs: Depending on your local regulations, minimal duties may occasionally apply. To assist our customers, we optimize all shipping documentation (e.g., categorizing items and adjusting declared values) to ensure any potential tax is kept to an absolute minimum.
  • No Sales Tax: Since our products ship directly from the source, we do not charge any additional sales tax at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

Total delivery time is split into two phases:

  • Processing Time (1–2 Business Days): This includes payment verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Most in-stock items are ready to ship within 24 hours.
  • Shipping Time (7–10 Business Days): We primarily use EMS and DHL to ensure fast and reliable global delivery.

Note: If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you via email immediately to discuss a replacement or an updated timeline. Please keep an eye on your inbox to avoid delays.

3. Shipping Locations

To provide you with the most competitive prices, orders are dispatched directly from our primary distribution hubs in Shanghai or Hong Kong, China, or occasionally directly from the manufacturer’s specialized warehouse.

4. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a successful delivery, please keep the following in mind:

  • Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and valid (including apartment or suite numbers).
  • Signature Required: For security reasons, all packages must be signed for.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If you are not home, your local post office will hold the package for a limited time. We provide tracking numbers for every order—please monitor your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us due to being “unclaimed.”

5. Delays & Support

If you have not received your order within 10 business days, it may be due to a stock issue or a verification requirement with your address. If your tracking status hasn’t updated, please reach out to our Customer Service Team immediately, and we will resolve the issue for you.
